New Task, New Responsibility

New job, new task and new responsibility. I joined Joy's group as a Sr. Technical Support Staff effective today. Looking forward for a better and fruitful career for the coming days and hopefully for the coming years... Don't know what really lies ahead, but am still keeping my fingers crossed.
